DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE MOTIFS?
No. Finzi Motifs can be delivered via subscription or on a single delivery basis. Subscriptions are a better value and keep in mind you can always cancel with no fees or penalties.
HOW MANY BOTTLES OF KOMBUCHA WILL I RECEIVE?
You can choose between 7, 14, or 21 bottles of kombucha to be delivered. If you choose 14 or 21 bottles, you'll receive two or three of the same flavors respectively. Click here to see the different options.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH KOMBUCHA YOU DELIVER TO ME?
Not yet, but we're working on it. As of now, we only offer a curated selection of kombucha. We hope to give customers the ability to choose very soon.
DO YOU TAKE SUGGESTIONS FOR KOMBUCHA?
Yes. We love learning about new breweries and kombuchas. Email us at email@example.com and we’ll look into procuring it for a future motif.

DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN KOMBUCHA?
No. We only curate kombucha from existing breweries. But you never know what the future might bring.
I BREW KOMBUCHA. WILL YOU CONSIDER PUTTING MY STUFF IN A MOTIF?
Yes. We love to hear from magic makers. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get the ball rolling. We taste every kombucha that makes its way into a motif. The cornerstone of Finzi is a highly curated product, so we’re very particular about the kombucha we include in our motifs.

IS ALL THE KOMBUCHA YOU CURATE ORGANIC?
Not yet. In order to keep a diversified experience, we sometimes include non-organic kombucha. In the long term, we hope to curate entirely organic motifs.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS FANCY INSULATED BAG? DO I GET TO KEEP IT?
For our subscription, hand-delivery customers, the bags are meant to picked up every week when delivering your new motif. But if you’d like to keep one, each bag is $5. Send us an email letting us know you’d like one and we’ll send a separate invoice to you.
For our one-time delivery customers, your motif will not be delivered in an insulated bag unless specifically requested, upon which an additional $5 will be charged.
For our mail-order customers, the bag is included. Please recycle your empties to keep our carbon footprint low!
WHAT DO I DO WITH ALL THESE BOTTLES?
You can recycle them, or you can put them back in the insulated bag and we’ll pick them up when delivering your next motif and recycle them or return them to the breweries.
ARE THE CARDBOARD BOTTLE HOLDERS RECYCLABLE?
We encourage you to return them with the insulated bag if they’re still in good shape. We try to reuse as much as possible to keep our carbon footprint small. If they’re water-damaged or torn, please recycle them or return them with the bag and we’ll recycle them.
DO YOU REUSE THE COLD PACKS?
Yes. Please return them with the bag.
HOW DO I RETURN MY BAG, BOTTLE HOLDERS, AND COLD PACKS?
Place everything in the insulated bag and leave it by the door on delivery day and we’ll pick it up when delivering your next motif.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO LEAVE MY BAG FOR YOU TO PICK UP?
Not a problem. You’ll get an email reminder for the following week to leave the bag for us to pick up. If another delivery cycle elapses without the bag being returned, we’ll automatically charge your credit card for the bag(s).
ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?
We sure are. Everything inside a motif is recyclable, although we encourage you to return as much as possible so we can reuse it. We even have arrangements with some breweries to return bottles so they can reuse them. Currently, all motifs are delivered in electric cars.

No. All orders must be done via our website here.
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN CANCEL A MOTIF OR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Thursday 12pm noon Pacific is the cancellation deadline for that week’s delivery.
CAN I GO ON A MOTIF HIATUS?
Yes. Send us an email at email@example.com with your hiatus start and end times.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can’t! bwahahahahahahah! Just kidding. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (424) 284-9412 and we’ll take care of it. Make sure to cancel before the Thursday 12pm noon Pacific cancellation deadline or you’ll be charged for another week’s motif. If you miss the cutoff, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
HOW MUCH DOES FINZI COST?
Click here to see the different options. All prices are completely inclusive: no initiation, delivery, or cancellation fees. You only pay the price shown per the option you choose unless you do not comply with the bag return policy.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. We do not accept any payment upon delivery.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
We use Stripe to store your credit card using the most robust, industry standard encryption available. We will process payment once per week (or less depending on your subscription). Your credit card statement will reflect charges made by “Finzi”. If we are unable to process payment, we cannot deliver your motif. No moola, no bucha.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA OR HIDDEN FEES?
No. You only pay one price. No commitments, no extra fees, no delivery fees, no cancelation fees.
HOW DO HAND-DELIVERIES WORK?
We’ll bring your motif to you, or you can pick it up. Click here for our delivery and pick-up schedules as well as locations. You can configure whether you want your motif delivered or picked up when subscribing to Finzi. If you normally have your motif delivered but would like to pick it up or vice versa, email us at email@example.com.
HOW OFTEN WILL I RECEIVE A MOTIF?
As often as once a week, and as seldom as every four weeks. You choose how often you receive your motif when subscribing to Finzi. If you’d like to change delivery frequency, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WHAT TIME WILL YOU SHOW UP WITH MY MOTIF?
We’ll send you a two hour delivery window the day before your delivery.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE MY MOTIF?
No, but keep in mind kombucha is perishable. Every subscription motif is delivered in an insulated bag with cold packs which should ensure proper coldness for hours, but your bottle of magic shouldn’t be away from a refrigerator for too long. If you’re not home when we deliver, we’ll leave it by your front door or where instructed.
We encourage you to be present or close to your established delivery location at the delivery time. If you’re not around, we’re happy to leave it for you, but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for motifs left unattended.

WILL I BE NOTIFED WHEN MY MOTIF ARRIVES OTHER THAN THE DOORBELL?
We don’t blame you for being anxious about receiving your motif. You can sign up for text message notifications (standard text message rates apply).
WHEN IS THE LATEST I CAN SUBSCRIBE TO RECEIVE THAT WEEK'S MOTIF?
Friday by 11:59pm Pacific. Any time after that, send us an email at email@example.com and we might be able squeeze you in for that week.
